If you are looking for a great club with good vibes to train and learn the arts of self defence this is the one you been waiting for. In the start of 2022 I was looking for a club to train as my normal club was closed due to COVID restrictions. The instructor helped me rekindle my passion with taekwon-do and improve my fitness level get back to pre-COVID times. After 6 months of training I have found my mojo back. I am over 40 so this club really suits my needs. They have kids class as well.
