What is Taekwon-Do?
Founded in 1955 by General Choi Hong Hi, Taekwon-Do combines elements of traditional Korean fighting styles with modern scientific principles. ITF Taekwon-Do emphasizes self-defense, pattern movements (tuls), sparring, board breaking,
